Too much Chempedak?
5 October 2006 (Thursday)
Was in the toilet for a super long time. Bad bad constipation. Could it be because of the chempedak I ate plus the late nite I had previously. Had a wash and haircut at the saloon recommended by DC, so-so only coz I didn't ask for the "skinny" lady he mentioned. Hair is super layered and I feel so much lighter.
6 October 2006 (Friday)
Full moon cum lantern festival day. Today is mama-in-law's birthday but no celebrating.
This morning, Baby C was not awake coz I didn't feel her move, even daddy was wandering how come. Could it be the triple dosage of chempedak I ate the nite before? Better drink more water today coz very heaty, somemore ganna scolding from daddy for eating too much. Had prawn beehoon soup and a cup of teh-o before coming to work. Yummie! Later must find a way to buy toto, today's draw is special because of the mooncake festival...........$5 million jackpot......wahhhhh...........
Oh, just felt a nudge. Good morning baby C! Now back to sleep.

September/October 2006
17 November 2006
Its been a while since i update the site. Visited Dr. Chan yesterday for regular check-up. She says baby Cheyenne is slightly bigger than normal. She's putting on weight fast....hehehe.....I guess I have been eating slightly more coz I dun realli feel full after a meal. Better watch my diet though in case I get diabetes.
Wowow is coming back on Sunday morning from China after almost a month. Wonder how I managed to pass my days without him. So fast hor........
30 September 2006
Am now preggie at 21 weeks 2 days with baby Cheyenne. She's been realli active in my tummy for the last 2 weeks. It was a Sunday morning when I was lying down in bed wandering how soon I can feel her in my tummy and as soon as I thot that, I felt a soft throb on the left side of my tummy. It was a realli wonderful feeling.
I hope she was not frightened by the loud drumming and clanging noise of the lion and dragon dance displayed along Albert's house (Albert is Wowow's soccer friend). We were invited to Albert's house for dinner and were surprised to see the street closed to traffic. There were people walking along the street, eating at tables and lanterns hanging on trees. A number of buffet tables lined the street giving out laksa, chicken wings, beehoon, curry, drinks, etc. We were then told it was a mini celebration of the upcoming lantern festival. The 40 households along the street contributed to this event and the atmosphere seemed like a kampong style affair. I realli enjoyed myself and I'm sure everyone who was present did.
Baby C was moving around and I was unsure if she was enjoying herself or was scared out of her wits coz the drummers were almost next to me. I tried to hide my tummy behind Wowow for fear that she was afraid but I didn't want to miss the opportunity of watching it close up. With a bowl of laksa in one hand, I used my other hand trying to block off the noise and at the same time, trying to reassure her that it was a display of luck for the neighbours who lived in the street.
I hope I get invited again next year.........and with me will be Baby C in her stroller.
